Booking Confirmation

The reservation is subject to apartment availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of the booking deposit, equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay, with a minimum deposit of €200.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the arrival date.

Check-in

Apartments are available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

An Early Check-in from 12:00 PM is available upon request, subject to availability, for an additional fee of €50.

If you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, please contact us in advance to arrange your check-in.

Check-out

Apartments must be vacated by 9:30 AM on the day of departure. Complimentary luggage storage is available.

Payment

We accept cash payments (within the limits permitted by Italian law), debit cards, and all major credit cards.

Services

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Pets

We are pleased to welcome your four-legged friends.

A pet fee, payable at check-in, applies for the entire stay:

• €30 for one pet;
• €50 for two pets.

Please inform us in advance of the number and size of your pets, so we can confirm the most suitable apartment for your stay.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply:

• Up to 30 days before the arrival date: the booking deposit will be retained.
• From 29 to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• From 14 days before the arrival date, in the event of cancellation, no-show, or early departure: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
